Pilates with the Foam Roller

Thursday March 29th

9:30-10:30am

with Sergio Vasquez

This class will incorporate the fundamentals of Pilates. The focus will be on the form using correct biomechanics to create space, length, width, and depth.

Pilates on the Foam Roller will recruit all of the deep muscles of the back and abdomen as you try to maintain balance while working on an unstable surface.

This class will challenge you and create a sense of overall well being. This class is a mixed level class utilizing props. Knowledge of basic Fundamentals and classic mat are recommended.
